Our Casa is Coming Along!

Tonight we went out to where our house is being built.  We are getting more and more excited as we see it go up.  The last picture was taken just last weekend after the foundation was put in.  They sure frame these houses fast!  The house should be done by December 11th but we are hoping sooner, of course!!

Busy, busy life!

The last month or so has really been busy for us.  We have made quite a few little trips up to my grandparents' home/cabin, as Brandon has been working to build our fence for our new home.  This last weekend I ventured to Walla Walla while he worked on the fence so that I could be with my family for a couple of days.  Not to mention all of the canning that my mom and I have been working on.  I haven't been very good at taking pictures of it but I did manage to get a few pictures of other activities from the weekend.

Friday night my parents went out on a date and I got to be home with the three youngest and did some fun activities with them.  We made Halloween cake pops to give to some of my families friends.

My sister Rachel and I did our nails candy corn style.  If you click on the picture you can see them a little better.  Festive though, right?

These are pictures of some deer that were grazing just outside my grandparents' cabin when we visited a few weekends ago.  They love the apples that my grandparents put out!

Gratitude

Several times this week I have found myself stopping and realizing how much I have to be grateful for.  I have not been doing very good at blogging and have been especially awful at taking pictures.  We have stayed extremely busy over the last month and yet I have close to no pictures to prove it!  I am not sure if it is just me being tired or not wanting to lug my camera on top of my ever-growing belly but I really am going to make a goal now to take at least one picture a week or something we are doing.

As far as pregnancy goes, everything is back to a normal pregnancy now and every day that I wake up feeling normal and every time I feel a little kick from our little guy, I consider it a gift and tender mercy.
