So I pretty much LIVE on this pan machine right now. We started cherry tart harvest this last week on Monday morning and will probably finish this Tuesday. I have been working from 4AM-2PM and then 3PM-11PM. Then we sleep 3-4 hours and do it all over again. It has been pretty crazy to say the least. I will explain more about it all later. I am off until midnight tomorrow so I better get some sleep while I have the time to do it.
