Quick Trip to Santa

Last weekend we went up to a VERY VERY small town (or maybe I should just call it a place where less than 10 houses exist?) with some friends of ours to go fly fishing. The town is called Santa and my friend and I were thinking ice cream sounded good. So after the boys got done fishing, we told them we wanted to go checkout the downtown of Santa and get some ice cream. We were very quickly informed that there is no downtown in Santa, and certainly no place to get ice cream. It was fun though. We love going on short trips to the mountains in the summer.

On the way up to Santa we saw a sign for a stop where this tree stump is located. Apparently the tree (that has now been chopped) was over 600 years old!!

Man that place looks beautiful! Only 10 houses, that sounds like a place Rob would love to live and I would not! :) We'll definitely have to go another time!
