We had leftover pears from when we canned pears with the Binghams, so we decided to try making some pearsauce.
Here you can also see the blackberry jam we were working on.
Isn't this little girl one of the cutest things you have ever seen? She had so much fun playing in that box.
The finished product. I really like how it turned out. Not quite like applesauce but still good.
That same Saturday (earlier in the day), the Binghams also took us out to Juliaetta, ID to pick a bunch of blackberries. We took the berries home and turned them into blackberry jam. We went with one of Rob's ag teachers and his son (who is pictured far left). It was fun to get to know them!
