I received these purple flowers on Sunday in my hometown ward after church. Then I brought them home and replanted them into this small pail. I absolutely LOVE flowers... especially the ones that bloom in the spring (don't they all?). Lately they have just been bringing so much joy into my life. They help me to see that there are always good things in life no matter what bad things may be happening. Tonight Brandon and I took a walk for Family Home Evening. His favorite flowers are tulips and so I took him to a small area where there were a bunch of blooming tulips. There were yellow ones, red ones, orange ones, purple ones, etc. It was just beautiful! I was planning to take some pictures of them but realized I had forgotten the camera when we got there!! Oh well.
his is a mini rose bush that one of the music faculty where I work gave me awhile back. I went and bought my own pot for it and replanted it. It has really started to bloom lately and now sits as a centerpiece on our kitchen table.

This is my very favorite rose on the bush. I love how it is a lighter pink on the inside- so beautiful!!!
And lastly, here is more of a closer view of the pot. I have really fell in love with it and I ended up getting it 50% off so that was even more exciting.
