Our next stop was Newport, OR. One of our favorite things to do in tourist towns is go to the ice cream shops and bakeries. Unfortunately, the bakery was closed but we got our ice cream!
Kind of tacky pictures at the aquarium. But I'll be honest, the aquarium was not all that great anyway, compared to some that we have seen.
There are many lighthouses along the Oregon coast that you can visit. We decided to see the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. We were glad we got there right when it opened too because as you can see, the line to get in got pretty long by the time we left!
