This project was fun but a little tedious. It is a knit ruffle scarf. The hardest part was the ruffle. I basted strips and then hand ruffled them. Then I made my best attempt to sew the strips to a larger piece of knit fabric. It is not perfect but I am certainly learning more and more about sewing tricks and I love it!
Up close you can see three of the strips next to each other... This is what it looks like when you lay the scarf out flat.
